Woolery Mill Reuse PUD
The Woolery Mill site has a previous history of representing a long standing tradition of the limestone industry. This industry has transformed and defined Bloomington. The new owner wanted to protect the heritage of the site and create a new use that respects the buildings and allows for a combining of the past and future of a truly unique site.
